Research Use Policy

BalticLABS supplies products intended exclusively for scientific, laboratory, and analytical research purposes.

Our mission is to provide researchers, laboratories, universities, and other scientific institutions with high-quality research materials for legitimate scientific investigations.

All products sold by BalticLABS are designated as Research Use Only (RUO).

By purchasing products from BalticLABS, the customer acknowledges and agrees that our products:

• are not intended for human consumption;
• are not medicinal products;
• are not dietary supplements;
• are not veterinary products;
• are not cosmetic ingredients;
• are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any disease;
• may only be used for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

• are at least 21 years of age;
• possess sufficient knowledge of the safe handling and use of laboratory materials;
• will use the products solely for scientific research purposes;
• will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country;
• assume full responsibility for the storage, handling, transportation, and use of the purchased products;
• undertake to review the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before using any product and to ensure that the product is stored, handled, used, and disposed of in accordance with the requirements set out in the SDS and all applicable laws and regulations.

BalticLABS products must be used only in accordance with the principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and all applicable laboratory safety standards.

The customer is responsible for:

• proper storage of the products;
• safe handling and use;
• appropriate disposal;
• compliance with all applicable laboratory safety requirements.

All information provided on our website is intended solely for scientific and informational purposes.

Product descriptions may contain references to scientific studies or published research. Such information:

• does not constitute medical advice;

• improper use of the products;
• improper storage of the products;
• use contrary to this Research Use Policy;
• failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations. The customer assumes full responsibility for the lawful purchase, storage, handling, transportation, and use of all products supplied by BalticLABS.
